Product Description
Tianjin Boai Enterprise is a large-scale production enterprise, with high precision, high strength ERW pipe, line pipe, Structure Pipe, SSAW pipe and anti-corrosion, insulation pipe etc. Now we have 5 production lines of SSAW steel pipe, 2 lines of ERW steel pipe, 4 3PE coating line.
3PE Coating:
1. OD: φ 10-3000.
2. Standard: DIN30671, DIN30671, DIN30678, SY/T4013-2002, SY/T0315-97, GB/T23257, DIN 30670, AS1518, CSA Z245.21 etc.
3. The first layer is epoxy power(FBE>100um).
4. The second layer is viscose adhesive (AD) 170-250um.
5. The third layer is polyethylene(PE) 2.5-3.7um.
6. The fusion of three kinds of materials which can be combined with steel pipeline and then in the form of the anti-corrosion layer, its performance is very good.
7. The coating capactity shall be 1, 500, 000m.

1. Chemical composition with optical emission spectrometer
2. Tensile tests of pipe body and welds
3. Charpy "V" notch impact test for energy absorption and percent shear area
4. Drop weight tear test
5. Guided bend test

8. Vickers Micro-hardness test
9. Microscopic examination of test sample of weld
