1. About Specification
Q: Can you cut roll to the different sizes of sheets as we want? Or there has standard size for sheets?
A: There is no standard size. We always cut the suitable size for customers as they want because standard size is a waste of paper.

Q: Can you tell me the exact dimension of the paper (width * length)?
A: Different cup moulds have different sizes, we produce paper in exact size to be very suitable to your cups (to be min waste, reduce cost).

Q: What is the optimum gram for hot drinks and cold drinks?
A: For hot drinks, the single PE coated paper is better. For cold drinks with ice, the double PE coated paper is better. Gram is depended on your cup size and your market.

Q: How many cups can one sheet produce?
A: Usually, 9oz, one sheet can get 20cups; 7oz, one sheet can get 24cups. If printing by yourself, Please let me know the size(printing range) of your printing machine. We will make suit size to your printing machine.

Q: Could you estimate that how many pc paper cups can make from each ton paper?
A: Yes, we can. Please send us your cup drawing-layout (means the opened dimension --- like Photo-2) or tell us your cup size (Top diameter /Bottom diameter /Wall Height). We will estimate to you.

Q: How many cup bottoms are needed for the 1ton cutting & printed paper (cup body)?
A: Usually, the proportion is about 1: 0.2 (1ton paper need about 0.2tons bottom paper, just for reference! ). However, different cup size and different gram, the situation is different.

2. About Printing
Q: Can you produce the cutting & printed single side PE coated paper?
A: Yes, we can do flexographic, offset printing and Auto-cutting to the shapes you need, such as paper cup blanks.

Q: Can you print our address & telephone number in small size at the edge of paper? Can I suggest a specific design to be printed on the cup-fan-wall?
A: Yes we can put your logo on the cups as you like. We can offer designs to you if needed.

Q: What's the difference of flexographic printing & offset printing? What is the best printing method? How many colors can you print on a paper cup?
A: 1. Flexographic printing requires paper in roll. Offset printing requires paper in sheet
2. The technical of offset printing is much mature than flexographic.
3. Design moulds are different: Flexographic plate is made of expensive resin material, and the usual cost is usd120/color; But Offset requires cheap normal plate (like PET material), and the usual cost is usd20/color.
4. The ink of flexographic printing is water based, blend by water, clear by water; So it's no pollution. The ink we used is of food grade. But the ink of Offset printing is gas/oil based.

3. About Shipping & Package
Q: How to pack the paper?
A: (1). Sheet paper, packing by wooden pallet, 250/300sheets per bag by craft paper, or as your request.
(2). Roll paper, packing by craft paper and plastic film.
(3). Cup blanks (cup fan shape) with printing and cutting, can be clean-away the reject paper and packaged by paper cartons. Or leave the reject edges but packed by wooden pallet.
