Squeezing machine, also film dehydrator, is specifically designed for film soft plastic, such as PP bag, PE agricultural film and nylon. The internal screw extrudes soft materials spirally (same as granulator's principle), and effectively controls discharging speed and extruding strength at alligator mouth exit, leading to moisture less than 10%-5%. After extruding, soft materials change into block or round state, beneficial for following pelletizer's feeding. Being reasonable structure, simple operation and economical, this facility is dispensable for cleaning film.
