YPE-102 thermoplastic PE powder coating, It is professional PE powder for steel pipe coating. The powder is based on polyethylene powder, modified by many kinds of special additives.

Construction process for consumers
Before all, the rust and oil contamination on the surface of the work piece must be removed and make it clean and smooth.( shot blasting or sand blasting). Metal preheat at 300±20°C a period of time(depending on the metal thickness). Dip it into the fluid bed for 5 - 15 seconds, (Spraying powder on the surface of work piece).a post-heat cycle at  220±20ºC,3-5 minutes is necessary to develop fully the surface finish. Cooling in room temperature.
