Product Description
PE-RT is a non-cross-linked polyethylene used in hot water pipes. As a medium density polyethylene made by a special molecule design and synthesis process, it adopts the copolymer method of ethylene and octane and obtains a unique molecular structure by controlling the number and distribution of side chains, aiming to improve the heat resistance of PE. Due to the existence of the octene shorted branched-chain, PE macromolecules can not be crystallized in a crystal piece, but rather in several crystals, forming a link between the crystals. It retains the properties of good flexibility, high thermal conductivity, and inertia of PE, and gets the better pressure resistance. PE-RT pipes can be used in all use levels of hot water pipes as stipulated by ISO10508.
