Pellet chips food machinery is multi-function used automatic production line. Its raw material is wide; It can take wheat flour, corn starch, potato starch, cassava starch, Rice powder etc. As the raw materials, through the Single screw Extruder or Twin screw Extruder high pressure extruding, high temperature heating finally through the Mould to form different shapes of un-puffed Pellets. The shape is like Round, Triangle, Square, Star, Flower, Ring, S, Net, Heart, Squid, Shrimp etc. According to change the Mould on the Extruder head.
The Snack Pellet is second puffed Snacks, first, through Extruder forms the pellet, after low temperature long time drying to get the final pellets. Such semi-finished products can be directly sold to the retails market, amount is very large. Or frying, flavoring and packing to get the final puffed crispy Chips. It is suitable to eat as snacks and tourist leisure food.
