Product Introduction:
Our pellet mill can produce wood pellet and feedstuff pellet. It may also be applicable to biological fertilizer, organic manure as well as fertilizer for low-temperature granulation.
The raw material: Sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds, crop stalks and other plant wastes, especially low-bonding and unformed materials.
The moisture of raw materials is less than the national standard of 15-20% If not, the raw material must be dried.

1. Differential and universal joint driver is adopted. Both the motor and diesel engine are OK.
2. Organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, biological organic Fertilizer can be produced. The processed products are ball granule with uniform size. Its fluidity and solubility are good, the intensity of products is high and the fluidity is good.
3. The use of unique technology can complete the whole process of low-temperature drying, cooling and screening in one passage. The results show that this process is easy in operation and low in cost with a high survival rate of biomass microorganism bacterium >90%.
4. It is extensively applied to organic wastes re-granulation in animal husbandry, feed mill and brewing, sugar, papermaking, medicine, cigarette industries. The pellet machine is the ideal choice for (biological) organic fertilizer production enterprises.
Function:
The PM serial straw pellet mill is powered by E-motor (A diesel engine is another choice to drive the machine, if the machine is used in the open air ). with simplicity of operator, steadily function, low noises and good performance. It adopts the template processing by updated technology. The template and press roller are made of high quality alloy steel, which has 5 times life span than common material. During the working process, large heat can be made through the friction between the template and the press roller, it helps the material to shape up.
