Product Description
Shanghai PD320Y-1 bulldozers are manufactured by Pengpu Machine Building Plant according to the imported technology of Komatsu D155-1A in 1979.
In order to digest the imported technology and produce high quality products, we sent technicians to Japan and also invited Japanese experts to our company.
We also imported lots of advanced key equipment from Japan, Spain and Germany, including CNC process-center, CNC hob gear sharpening machines, CNC whetting gear sharpening machine, horny alloy hob grinding machine, welding robot and CNC cutting machine, heat-treat oven, electronic scan microscope of 100, 000 multiple, torsional spanner checker etc. To assure high quality.
Spare parts are manufactured and tested according to Komatsu KES standard. Fixed factories appointed by the metallurgy ministry of China produce the key materials and parts and the quality & property even exceed KES standard. Some parts are imported from Japan directly such as some bearing, oil pump, seal ring and track shoe etc.
In 1981, we produced the first trial SH-320 bulldozer that passed the examination carried out by expert panel of Japan and China in 1982. From then on, we have produced them in batch as well as absorbed & applied update technology of Komatsu.
Due to high quality and good performance, the Sh-320 bulldozer enjoys high reputation. The machine has used in civil industry widely including large mine ground, port, electricity, road building and been exported to lots of countries in South-east Asia, the Middle East, Africa, America and so on. The machine has won lots of awards, for example: "High Quality Products" by the Ministry of Machinery Industry MMI) in 1985, the "Important Technology Progress" in 1987, the "High Quality Products" by the MMI as well as the "High Quality Export Products" by the Shanghai Authority in 1989 and the "Famous Machinery Products" by the MMI in 1997. In 1995, the SH-320 bulldozer was awarded by MMI as the "Specially Recommended Reliable Product in Mechanical Industry" and no other bulldozer won this reward in China so far.
