Label Remover
Label remover is used for removal of label paper on pure water bottles and PET bottle. Due to different materials used as label paper on PET pure water bottles in china and abroad, to reduce difficulty of sticking paper by human labor and cut down labor cost,this highly efficient automatic paper removing (peeling) machine is developed for removing PVC label paper. The principles of medium speed rotating peeling by mechanical force and high pressure water flushing are applied, which enable paper removing rate to be as high as over 98%. and mud and sand in the bottles can be screened and washed out, with remarkable effects.
