PET recycling machines are one of our leading products. By years of researching, we design this washing line scientifically and reasonablly. Through this PET recycling machine, the bottle flakes are clean enough with hot or cold water, meanwhile, the caps and the labels can be removed.
Usually, we have the capacity of 500-600kg/h, 600-800kg/h, 800-1000kg/h, 1000-2000kg/h, 2500-3000 with this line.
The main parts are made of stainless steel and carbon steel.
The entire line includes the following parts: Belt conveyor, (label remover), crusher, screw feeder, (steam washer), level washer, screw washer, dewatering machine ant drying system.
At the same time, it is easy to operate.
