PET Heat shrinkable tubing is environment friendly plastic tube. Its strong point is able to bear hot, cold, not easy to break and hard to shrink again after first shrink.
PET heat shrinkable plastic tube is made from polymer material: PET, conform to the requirement of environmental protection. The product is free of heavy metal such as Pb, Hg, Cd and so on, and also free of halogen.

PET Heat Shrinkable Tubing Inspect Method
Introduction of inspect method

The test method for lateral shrinkable ratio is as follows:

A put 100mm plastic tube sample into boiled water(98±2ºC) and remain for 30 seconds.
B Take the sample out and cool it down, measure the width of the tube with digital-displayed slide caliper and calculate according to the following formula:
(L1: Lateral width before shrink L2: Lateral width after Shrink)

--------- X 100% = Lateral shrinkable ratio

The test method for longitudinal shrinkable ratio is same as lateral shrinkable ratio.
The test method for high temperature longitudinal shrinkable ratio is as follows:

a, take 100mm sample plastic tube, then put it into a drying oven which can keep the temperature and provide circled wind, remain for 15 minutes under(180±2)ºC condition.
b, Take the sample out and cool it down, measure with digital-displayed slide caliper and calculate as the above.
