| A2: We have 9 production lines, including 5 lines for inkjet and 4 lines for laser cartridges. | |

| A3: Currently there are totally 350 stuffs, and we are still expending our scale. For compatible toner cartridge, our monthly capacity is 300,000pcs. For compatible ink cartridge, our monthly capacity is 3,000,000pcs. For remanufactured toner cartridge, our monthly capacity is 150,000pcs. For remanufactured ink cartridge, our monthly capacity is 100,000pcs. | |

| A4: It Depends on your order quantity,normally 15 working days upon order confirmation. | |

| A5: For monochrome toner cartridge, defect rate is less than 1%. For color toner cartridge, defect rate is ranging from 1% to 2% for different items. For print-headed inkjet, defect rate is less than 2%. | |
