Description
Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a naturally occurring phospholipid found within the body. Phospholipids are important constituents of cell membranes with extensive functions in the human body. PS has been reported to be useful for cognitive improvement/enhancement and recovery in sports and physical training.
More specifically, Phosphatidylserine is thought to have positive effects on mental function and mood. There have been several studies on patients with Alzheimer's which suggest they experienced improved mood and response times when taking PS.
