Founded in 1994, Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd (Hubei Xingfa) is located in Xingshan County, Yichang City, Hubei Province, where is the hometown of Miss Wang zhaojun-the concubine of Han Dynasty, with the main operating segments phosphates and fine chemical series developing, producing and selling. Owning 22 subsidiary companies and 3.4 billion yuan assets, Hubei Xingfa was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1999, stock code 600141, 302.4million shares.

Hubei Xingfa was engaged in the recombination and integration of phosphate chemical resources and enterprise, has finished the integration of phosphate rock and hydropower resources. Since 2001, Hubei Xingfa has acquired the phosphate rock and further processing enterprises in Shennongjia and Baokang county, has founded production base in Dianjiang county Chongqing city, and in Anning, Yunnan province.
