Product Description
Workmanship Specification:
1. Production conform to ISO 9001 Quality Management System, &TUV-GS DIN 79000 standard.
2. Materials: GB standard steel(NO. 235), or galvanized steel is optional.
3. Upright column thickness is 3.00 mm, supporting part thickness is 2.75mm.
4. Sand blasting machine to clean the rust before coating.
5. Powder coating: Electrostatic coating, lacquer that bake treatment. First layer zinc-rich powder(50-80μ M) wich is used to antioxidant, second layer plastic powder(90-140μ M).
6. Welding technique: Arc-welding, carbon-dioxide welding, mixed-gas welding.
7. Screws and nuts: Stainless steel(NO. 304).
Bearings: Imported from NSK, Japan.
Load bearing: The max kg load accepted for the equipment is less than 150kg.
For container: 20GP can be loaded 50 PCS of equipment; 40GP: Can be loaded 100 PCS of equipment.
