Product Description

Electrical power beveling machine collects the advantage of various piping bevel machine. It is applicable to the processing of pipe diameter 159~800mm, wall thickness 10~150mm seamless steel pipe, bender and 3T piping.

This machine adopts standard dynamic head to innovate the special dynamic cabinet, which has good cutting capacity and differential radial feeding. It has such funcitions as differential feeding, manual adjustment and eclectrical rapid feeding and retuining of knife; The clamping of working piece used clamping seat and chain soft clamping device on the working platform and the clamped piece will not be limited, thus, it can be used widely. The working piece can be spotted by regulation of main machine of dynamic cabinet from left side to right side and the reaulation of working platform from upper to lower; The pipe end cutting bevel adopts angle knife rest differential speed automatic feeding for processing; When the wall thickness of pipe is less than 12mm, then manual movement of main motor can be used for one time off cutting forming.

The machine is fitted with rolling bracket, which is suitable to the suppport and long working piece and regulation of pipe from upper to lower when spotting the center. The roller can be lifted so as to achier the consistent of various specifications of steel pipe center and beveling machine center. The lifting of roller can be operated manually.
