Product Description
Glass lined reactor is an ideal material for anti acid & alkali corrosion and its surface is very easy to Polish and no contamintion to mediums. It's widely used in Petrochemnicals, light industry, pharmaceuticals, pesticide, foodstuff, dyes, scientific research etc.
1. Capacity of glass lined reactor: K50 to F30000L.
2. Structure: Open type (k-type) or closed type( F-type)
3. Material: Vessel: Mild steel with glass coating inside surface: Jacket: Mild steel.
4. Design pressure: Vessel: 0.25Mpa or 1.0Mpa. Jacket pressure: 0.6Mpa
5. Accessories: A set of reactor including: Explosion-proof motor, Reducer, Agitator, Thermowells, Endoscopic, seal( single/double), etc...6. Properties and Advantages:

Note:
1. The glass lined reactor are forbiden to use the following media.:
1) the Hydrofluoric Acid which any consistency and the media which contain Fluoric, Acid, Fluorides and Fluorine ion.
2) Phosphoric Acid of contents 30% and operating temperature over 80 º C.
2, When in use, the temperature should be raised or reduced up or down slowly; Sudden heating or sudden cooling are strictly forbidden.
3, When entering into the reactor( equipment) to do installation or maintenance job, a soft cushion should be put on the button of the reactor( equipment) and the worker should wear a pair of soft slippers. In order to avoid damaging the surface of glass-lined layers, the tools are prohibited to drop.
4, A wooden stick or some soft tool should be applied to a clogged outlet. Tools of hard metal are never used.
5, Regular examinations are to be made when be reactor( equipments) are in use, paying attention the flanges and seals specially. If damages are found, maintenance or mending should be made one way or the other before resuming the operation.
6, The reactor( equipments) should be cleaned after use and let the liquids out of the jacket completely.
