FLM management system help client to solve all problems from conceptive design to the whole fabrication process, manage databasefrom P.O to production planning, and to project handover, converse material and data from raw material to final products and products handover.
The results of automatic splitting software ISOBUILDER, production planning & intelligent distribution and process management software RAMP & DCS will workshop production realize "Lean Management, Lean Fabrication".
Design management
It has PDMS and tribonect., has the function of: nesting pipes, automatic generating and management of spool drawings, 3D display of spool drawings, working sheets can be both Chinese and English language, working sheets format can designed according to client's needs, all data can be saved as excel or other format.
Material management
It can integrated with material management software from client's side, and manage pipes and fittings, automatic generate production lists as per daily/ weekly or monthly plan, and track from pipes into storage until on site installation finish or anti-track to satisfy project tracking and searching function.
Fabrication production management
lManage and distribute workload according to drawings status, materials status and project plan;
lSummarize and calculate cutting, beveling, fitting-up and welding daily production materials, manhour, equipment working hours;
lPressure testing and generate pressure testing package;
lSummarize various pipe anticorrosion information (galvanization, plastic coating, painting). Before anticorrosion treatment, pipes should have permanent code treatment;
lMake report according to P&ID, including valve, bolt, washer of system;
Fabrication production management
lSummarize pipe installation information, workload information, labor information, equipment information of each working day.
lFinally, summarize all the material use, pipe fabrication, corrosion prevention, pressure test, inspection and pipe installation information to be a comprehensive report.
lGenerate pipe NDT automatically on SLD and generate welding seam number, finally generatereport.
lCalculate of welding qualification rate, track the exact welder number and welding joint number;
lFunction of statistic NDT information, water pressure test and other tightness test, and generate report.
lGenerate all kinds of application form in different station.
