Product Description
Pre-insulated foam air ducting is a kind of new building material which is composite with phenolic foam and different materials on the production line. We can composite the panels with aluminum sheet, stainless steel, and galvanized steel and so on.
It's of good appearance, beautiful colors, light weight, high strength, and easy installation. It's fireproof, water-proof and of good insulation property. By using this material, the user can save a lot of costs and time.
This air duct is made of phenolic foam, it adopts new non-fluoride foaming technology, adds harmless auxiliary agents, uses special resin to change features, and through aluminium foil surface chemical treatment. The double sides are embossed aluminium foil, and the inner layer is made of flame-retardant phenolic foam materials.
Phenolic ducts have eight characteristics: Low heat conduction factors, high heating efficiency, high density, light weight, no buring, no dripping when exposed to fire, anti-corrosion of the aluminium foil surface, healthy and beautiful, easy cleaning, water proof, handsome gas heat insulation.

Huahai New Thermal Insulation Materials Co., Ltd. Established in 2002, developed Phenolic foam composite board continuous production process with the cooperation of some universities and institutes. The new process ranked among the first in the world and it surmount the traditional moulding production process and was the first one in China which can produce continuously. The production line was praised as "the first line in China" by "China Building Materials News" and the experts. Moreover, aluminum foils and phenolic foam composite boarsd have passed the evaluation of provincial level scientific and technological achievement test.
