Plastic Bottle Mineral Water Bottling Machinery Line

Description 

1). Drinking water material preparation: after the water treatment and ozone generator, the pure water can be sent to the bottle filling machine.
2). Bottle washing water, The water is the pure water after the water treatment and ozone generator.
3). Air purification in the filling area: The air after beginning, middle and HEPA filter will be sent to the filling area, which make the air in the filling area reach 1000 degree purity standards. Meanwhile, we set up the buffer room, dressing room, and foot pool, wind leaching room to ensure the health and clean of the filling area.
4). Disinfection and sorting of the cap: the caps reach the technical requirements will be sent to the sort cap machine through the cap lift machine. The caps are automatically lid by the wind, and sort to one line to the cap-sealing machine for the sealing.
5). The filling and cap-sealing: after the bottle full of water, the cap-sealing machine will seal the cap automatic.
6). After seal the cap, there is lamp inspection, to check the bottle water is pure or not.
7).The post packing: after the lamp inspection, there are automatic labeling machine, inkjet printer and Heat film shrinkable wrapped, the end products will be sent to the warehouse.

Operation 
   
Ø  Empty bottles are fed manually onto the in feed Air conveyor.
Ø  From there bottles are carried to the Rinsing section.
Ø  Bottles gripped by neck & get tilted on rinsing nozzles.
Ø  Rinsed bottles are coming straight & get transferred to the filling section& are holded by neck.
Ø  Filled bottles are transferred to the capping section.
Ø  Capsare put in the rotaryhopper & tightened under the revolving capping heads, while coming out by out feed conveyor.
