Product Description
In order to meet environmental protection requirements, we developed a special extrusion machine, which can make waste PE/PP/PVC material compound with mineral powder, wood powder, fiber, calcium carbonate and other fillers into a kind of building templates products under extrusion process. This new product can instead of steel and bamboo plates, can be drilled, nailed, sawed, carved and processed like wooden plates.
The advantages: High impact resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, non-toxic, odorless, smooth surface appearance, low density, light weight, easily processed, dimensional stability, rigid, low cost, easy for welding, and repeated use. Also can be filled, flame retardant, modified, embossed, frosted, and recycled.
Applications: Circuit board and metal surface treatment tank, circuit board wet processing equipment, waste gas exhaust systems equipment for plant, wastewater and other environmental protection system equipment, the semiconductor industry related equipments.
There are single screw and twin screw extruders for optional. Also can be made according to the needs of customer.
