Hubei Hawking Packing Material Co., Ltd. Founded in 2009, is a large-scale shareholding company specializing in R&D, production, sale and service of multi-layer co-extruded film and functional film. Twenty-five million dollars in first-stage project are planned to be invested in four modern multi-layer co-extruded production lines in three years. Currently, our project occupies an area of 5.2 hectares, with a completed building area of 24, 000 square meters.
Situated in central China, the company neighbors the Yangtze River in Huangshi City, Hubei Province, so that our products can be shipped to Shanghai via the Yangtze River, then distributed around the world. The advantage of water transport is quite evident for the company.
Introducing world-leading seven-layer co-extrusion VAREX equipment made by German W&H, we provide films such as PA, PE, EVOH, PP and PET featuring high transparency, small thickness deviation and low eutectic point, which can well meet the needs of barrier packaging for food, medical apparatus, national defense, textile, light industry, chemical industry and finance industry. National top labs equipped with national top detecting instruments are also built to conduct timely and thorough performance detection over films of all delivered batches and ensure clients' quality standards. We bring together large numbers of experts and technicians in R&D of soft plastic material here, and our main production technicians enjoy related experience of more than 10 years. Furthermore, with our mature co-extruded film production technology, we are able to produce quality products and are competent in developing new products.
We have obtained Chinese QS, ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications and all raw materials have passed FDA certification. In management, we are capable of cooperating with any large company and we have clients from North and South America, Europe, Australia and Asia.
