Fenghua Zhiyue Vending Parts Co., Ltd(Fenghua Shuangwu Electric Factory), is located at the eastern Economic Development Zone of Fenghua City with convenient transportation. Established in 2002, our factory has been engaging in producing five series of products: Gear motors of vending machine series, gear motors of coffee machine series, planet reduction gear motor series, leakage protector series, water valve steering series. These five series of products are widely applied in household appliances, auto electric parts and automatic control equipments etc. The products are sold to European and American markets in large quantity.

With strong technology force, the factory designs and manufactures series of products independently. There are many highly professional technicians in Die and Mould Workshop. The various moulds and welding fixtures are all designed and manufactured by ourselves. The Injection Workshop is equipped with more than 30 precise injection machines which operate with manipulators. The factory has passed ISO9001-2000 International Quality System Standard. The ever perfecting quality assurance system, each type of corresponding testing equipment and a group of qualified quality inspectors guarantee the stable quality of our products. The precise small modulus plastic gear produced in the factory is of unique design and fine technology. It is advantageous in excellent tooth profile, high precision, stable quality and low transmission noise.
