Generally, there are three masterbatch groups
1. Color masterbatch,which is used for coloring plastics products;
2. Additive masterbatch, which provides for certain chemical and physical properties of the end product(for example UV stabilizers, flame retardants, antistatics or antiblock agents)
3. Filler masterbatch, that is filled with a high share of filler like chalk

Our machine can be used to make all above 3 types masterbatch.

Features of twin screw extruder
1.Euro-style rectangle barrel,reflux refrigeration channel is optimized and disposed ,which makes temperature difference in D areas smaller.
2.Innovated design of heater tightened style insures high efficiency of heat transfer and high longevity of heater.
3.According to the material and special technics demands, the material of cylinder can use high quality nitrided steel ,corrosion proof or anti function with corresponding process.
