Machining equipment:
As to our machining equipment, main equipment as below: 8PCS of CNC(including one 1890CNC), 8PCS of EDM(including 2 precision EDM), 4PCS of wire cut, one deep hole drilling machine(1300), height/hardness indicator, CMM, 2PCS of injection machine(120T, 180T), etc.
Distinguishing feature:
36 cameras have been installed in each corner of our workshop, base on our foreign customer's advice and requirement, we just need to open the port in our side, then our customer can check mould working processing and schedule from internet, it makes more convenience for customer to know information about mould in first time by this way.
