Product Description
1. Grade: Plastic mould steel P20/1.2311/3CR2MO
2. Size: Thickness 20~350mm, width 205~2200mm, Length 1600~5800mm, or as per customer's requested cutting or sawing.
3. Delivery condition: Hot rolled, black surface, pre-hardened to 28-35HRC. 100% UT test.
4. Chemical composition:

5. Applications
Suitable for general toy mold, lower core of small/medium plastic mold, and test mold for plastic products. Mold for toy casing and parts, electric switches, seals and gaskets.
6. Payment term: 30% prepayment, 70% against BL copy or L/C at sight.
