Through slight exchange of certain unit, This PP-R pipe production line is capable of producing heat-resistant polyethylene PE-RT pipes and two-step production of cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xb) pipes.

TTWY's PPR Pipe Production line incorporates a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system and a touch-screen based Human Machine Interface (HMI) for the entire pipe extrusion line, making it easier for our clients' employees to operate. It also realize auto-synchronization across various functions, helping to streamline management tasks and ultimately realize our clients' production goals through better management and quality control
