Product Description
Epoxidized soybean oil(ESO)
1. Molecular formula: C57H106O10
2. Molecular weight: About 1000
3. Properties: At normal temperature, the product is light yellow thick oily liquid. It will be solidified when temperature is under 5° C, boiling point: 150° C(0.5Kpa), ignition point: 310° C, viscosity 325mPa. S(25° C), refractive index1.472(25° C), water solubility<0.01% (25° C), solubility of water in this product: 0.55% (25° C), soluble in hydrocarbon, ketone, esters, higher alcohols, slightly soluble in ethanol It's the most widely-used epoxide plasticizor and stabilizing agent of polyvinyl chloride.
4. Use: The product can be used in all the products of polyvinyl chloride, such as all kinds of food package materials, medical products, different kinds of films, sheet materials, tubing, sealing strip of refrigerator, artificial leather, plastic wallpaper, electrical wires and cables and other plastic products for everyday use. It also can be used as special printing ink and liquid composite stabilizer.
