Plate Filter For Wastewater With Featuress:
1. Wolly controlled by Simense PLC and reserves DCS remote interface.
2. Automatic Hydraulic maintaining pressure and ABB motor ensure stable performance.
3. Hydraulic pistons are made by steel 45 after surface processing with feature of high hardness, anti-wearing, long life-span.
4. Main beam is made of high quality carbon steel with sand blasting processing and it is of high intensity and corrosion resisting.
5. Pure PP filter plate resistes to stronger corrosion and endure high pressure and service longer.
6. Every plates is tested under high closing pressure 21 MPa.
7. The flatness of the filter plate is lower than 25μ M.
8. Our plate shifting system features easy operation, low noise and simple maintenance.
9. Automatically discharging to perform the best efficiency.
