Introduction of the prodduct:
This product is widely applied for mine, fireproof material, artificial gravel and all kinds of metallurgical slag for fine crushing & coarse milling operation. It shows more excellent property than other types of crushers for meduim & especially hardness material, such as sic, diamond gravel, riverpebbles and quartz. This crusher is made of four cavities of feeding, materials dividing, crushing and discharging in general, also the parts of transmission and lubrication.
Working Principle:
Materials enter into the hopper through transportation equipment, then into impeller by feeding cavity, and evenly divided material from dividing cavity to guide plate (upper and lower retaining plate) in which the materials are throwed in high speed by centrifugal force. The other materials which are also from dividing cavity fall into the middle cavity in the shape of umbrella, striking and crushing together with the materials from impeller each other. At the same time, these 2 unit materials come into twice or more striking and crushing and squeezing each other, finally become the finished sand, because of the effect of inertia.
