KSBT PAPER CONE AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION LINE
Production line decription
This full automatic paper cone production line for textile, the main driving force transmitted through a cam mechanism for time control purposes. It uses a range of electrome chanical control technologies such as post operation control, high/low two-speed inverter control, photoelectric control, approach control and pneumatic delay control to ensure less manpower, low energy consumption, high efficiency and top quality production. It is suitable for the production of various conical bobbins. It consists of paper cone winding unit, drying oven, and paper cone finishing unit.
The winding device:
This machine is the professional of making various paper cones, after inside and outside printing, hempolidhing, shearing, winding and opening cutting, and the semi-finished paper cones will be sent to the drying machine automatically. It adopt double-speed variable frequency control, the adjusted freely. Using with the drying machine can makes the whole process mnch easier.
The drying device:
This machine adopts hinge cycle for heat transferring. The temperature can stay even or be controlled automatically
And respectively, the speed can be adjusted freely. If it is connected with other machines, the paper cones can be
Loaded and collected automatically, which make the energy-saving and high-output paper cone production come true.
The Collating device:
1. This machine make V-shaped opening cut, opening polishing, line pressing, head reflecting, napping, counting and collating to finished products.
