Product Description
Machine frame: Bearing and connecting all components.
Casting mould: Main casting device
Casting board: 1 8pcs solder ball per time can be casted
Cooling system: For better cooling and enhance output
Hopper: Collecting the final product.
Cylinder system: Open and lock the casting board and casting mould
2. Operation:
Check and make sure the air-presser and the cooling water supply is in order condition.
Lock the solder casting board, and fill the casting board with the well melted tin.
Open the solder casting board till the mould well filled and cooled. And the solder ball will falls to the hopper automatically. After cleaning the possible leftover and then keep on production repeatly.
3. Guarantee:
One year free maintenance (Man-made damage not included) i. E.: Within one year since delivery date, if any problem arises, the supplier offers free maintenance (Not include consumable parts)
