Compared with nylon6 and nylon66, Nylon 610 is more softer, lower water absorption ratio and good resistance to low temperature and good dimensional stability. It is a self-extinguishing material with good oil-proof and chemical proof properties and good electrical performance. We do the nylon610 polymerization by ourself. In the other hand we also do the modifed products base on nylon 610. Such as pre-colored, filled, reinforced, flame retardant...To meet customer different application. The applicatons we had now as follow: It is be used as raw material for industry brush and toothbrush filament production. It also be used as the raw material for screen plate and filter which be immersed into water during working time. It is be used as the raw material to do the stabilizer and the products conveyer in the petroleum industry. It is also be used as raw material to do the monofilament in the texture industry. It is be used as raw material to do the cable cladding. We will also develop new products to meet customer's new request. In the last, the PA610 has been sold to Korea, South Africa, America, Japan, Europea...That is means our products has been accepted by International Market regarding to the quotation and quality.
Our factory is China's first enterprise specializing in synthesis, modification development and sales of long carton chain nylon 1212, and synthesis of nylon 612 and resin 610.
By the way, the nylon 1212 developed by our reseach and development (R&D) department. The nylon 1212 has been rated to meet PA11 and PA12 standards. Some of the performance are better than PA11 and PA12.
Lowest moisture absorption among nylon products, good stability of measurement, oil resistance, alkali-resistance. Non-toxicity. Good tenacity under lower temperature. It can be used to extrude, injection, blow moulding or can be made into powder for spray painting. The PA1212 soft pipe that made from it have better toughness, high strength, good low-temperature resistance, lesser molding shrink ratio, good in-process moulding. It is mainly used as the material for brake pipes, oil pipes, threading pipes and flexible pipes for air-conditioners as well as other applications requiring resistance to low temperature and high tenacity. It can be a substitute for PA11 and PA12.
