SURPREN TM SN321
Introduction
Polychloroprene rubber SN321 is a general purpose, it is obtained by Chloroprene monomer by emulsion polymerization with low rate of crystallization. It is adopted the world advanced technology and processes in regulating the molecular weight, it can be seen as an equivalent to Dupont GW (M2) of the United States.
Characteristics
Good properties of physical mechanics and plastication;
Under mechanical shear, Breakdown of SN321 molecular chain is weaker than SN12- series, is stronger than SN12- series in the thermal stability;
Better compatibility in combination with other types;
Good resistant to oil, chemical reagents, ozone aging, sunlight, extension of the fine is not flammable and better electrical, as well as processing of security and stability;
Compared with CR322, Mooney viscosity of SN321 is uniform and stable, better processability, more mastication, mixing and extrusion, the surface of sheet is flat and smooth and smaller shrinkage, the products appearance is good;
The same processability as Dupont GW of the United States.
