Introduction
The maximum number of particles (0.5μ M) per cubic feet of air must be less than 1000 for a cleanroom to be rated class 1000 (Federal Standard 209D). People are the major contaminant source of most particles introduced into a controlled environment. In order to prevent personnel from releasing contaminant, worker must wear a cleanroom garment before entering the cleanroom.
BCG is made of cleanroom compatible non-linting filament yarn. With sturdy conductive yarn inside, it wont lose its electrical property even after several washings. This ensures a long service life.
BCGs 2/1 twill densely weave design enhances the filtration efficiency. Nevertheless it still provides good wearer comfort due to its good air permeability.
The polyester filament is not easily broken and will not pill by friction or washing. The low surface resistance of our products assures fast static dissipation, inhibit fabric tribocharging and prevent dust attraction onto the garments.
