Product Description
100% polyester embroidery thread is made of a newly developed raw material through a state-of-the-art manufacturing technology. It offers advantages of low elongation that eliminates looping and puckering, as well as of little or no tension adjustment to be made when switching from rayon thread. Also runs very smoothly with reduced down time by thread breakage. Its extreme colour fastness and high tensile strength make it ideal for use on sportswear, workwear, safety wear and simiar garments which are subject to harsh laundering. Dye fast to chlorine bleaching. It can also be used for stone and chemical washing applications.

Tested for harmful objects, suitable for all kind of baby garments, baby bibs, cushion covers, beddings and linings.

Material: Trilobal bright high tenacity 100% polyester filament.
Specification: 75D/2, 108D/2, 120D/2, 150D/2, 150D/3, 300D/2, 300D/3, etc
Feature: Moderately twisted, non-static, good stretching property, good coverage. Oil percentage is different from type of yarn and application which ensure smooth running of yarn on machine during knitting, warp knitting, weaving. Perfect glossy luster, excellent lubricity, few knots, good rotting proof, low water shrinkage, high fastness to abrasion, washing, sunlight, perspiration and sublimation. Coated with special chemicals to make the thread smoother.
Application: For high speed embroidery and frequently washed articles. Particular desirous on jeans, work wears, sports wears, safetywear, table mats, caps hotel and catering items, and stonewashing used for lacemaking.
Color range: Raw white and dyed, thousands of colors and Multi-colors are available
