(7) ethylene copolymer: Ethylene propylene copolymer (- plastic), EVA, ethylene copolymer, ethylene - the world other olefins (such as essien ene concepts behind POE, ring olefins), ethylene copolymer unsaturated ester copolymer (EAA, EMAA, EEA, EMMA, EMAH), EMA.
Molding character:
1. Crystallization material, moisture absorption small, need not fully dry, liquidity is extremely good liquidity of pressure sensitive, with high pressure injection molding inappropriate material, temperature uniformity, filling speed, pressure-keeping fully. Should not use direct runner, prevent shrinkage is uneven and stress increased...
2. Shrinkage range and shrinkage is big, clear direction, easily deformed. The cooling speed should be slow, mould set point, and a cold material cooling system.
3. The heating time shoulds not be too long, or there may be an decomposition.
4. Soft plastic parts have a shallow groove, lateral force demoulding.
5. Possible melt body rupture, unfavorable contact and organic solvents, to prevent craze.
