Product Description
ZRE1002 Polyurethane epoxy resin is a polyurethane-modified epoxy resin. This epoxy resin will reaction with a variety of curing agent, with good reactivity and can be compatible with a variety of epoxy resins and diluents. This epoxy can improve the adhesion to the metal, especially aluminum bonding. Good adhesion with engineering plastics, such as ABS. This product is widely used on coatings, adhesives, laminates and civil engineering.
Operation Caution:
1. Noted that the products should be sealed and stored after use.
2. Mixing in the same direction, otherwise will mixed with too much air bubbles; Container border and the bottom would be stir well, otherwise will cause some part not curing phenomenon.
3. Temperature is too low will lead to curing slowly, it is recommended that heat curing.
4. This adhesive curing process is exothermic, with glue and how much will affect the length of operating time.
