Product Description
  Polyurethane (pu) is a new type of polymer composite material, belonging to high-tech products, according to the classification of it between plastic and rubber, but many of its performance is much better than the two, is an ideal material to its upgrading.
Polyurethane rubber ceramic hydrocyclones is widely used in oil drilling,nonferrous,ferrous and non-metallic concentrator hierarchical classification work in process and many other links,used for deslining,dehydration of slurry materials,oil desanding and desilting device; Mining classification,tailings DAMS;The coal slime water processing and one of the important equipment such as recycling of slime.

Polyurethane Features:
 
1. Good abrasion resistant performance, long lifetime span is 3 to 5 times of the stainless steel sieve plates,and more than 5 times of the general rubber screen.
2. Fewer maintenance and replacement work, wear resistant, have a longer servicing time. Lower the cost for maintenance.
3. The totally cost is less. PU screen have long lifetime of 3 to 5 times than stainless steel screen, have fewer maintenance and replacement work, 
4 . Good wet resistant performance, it can work on the water condition. Polyurethane has lower abrasion value with condition of using water or oil as the medium.
5. High sieve functions effectively and efficiently, preventing the humid particles adhesive. Due to its lower abrasion, PU screen has a longer life time.
6. Anti-corrosion, flame-proof, non-toxic and odourless.
Usage:
 
1) Chemical industry: resin pigment, medicine, grease, paint, palette, etc.
2) Abrasive material and ceramic industry: building sand, mica, alumina, abrasive, refractory material, slurry, etc.
3) Paper making industry: coated slurry, exhaust liquid, paper making liquid and waste water reclamation, etc.
