Slightly soluble in dimethylsulfoxide. The polyvinyl alcohol is the important industrial chemicals, uses in making the polyvinyl acetal, bearing the gasoline pipeline and the vinylon synthetic fiber, the fabric finishing agent, the emulsifier, the paper coating, the bond and so on.
