The production line is developed and manufactured by Qunfeng Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd, it consists of mobile building waste crushing plant and brick production line, and is the most advanced equipment for comprehensive utilization of construction waste in China.
It mainly focus on rock excavated in road and bridge construction, concrete produced in road and bridge reconstruction, reinforced concrete and brick tiles produced in municipal construction blasting and demolition, also focus on recycling of construction waste which bothered the modern city.
We can provide 80t/h-200t/h mobile construction waste crushing plant according to user's needs, if combine with QFT series brick production line, it can turn into a mobile building waste brick production line, which can use the aggregate produced after the crashing of building waste, and produce all types of block, brick, solid brick and other products.
Mobile construction waste brick production line can meet large-scale construction waste treatment and utilization of resources, it help reduce transport costs, the exploitation of natural sand and gravel, and second protection to our environment, thus protect natural resources and human living conditions, realized building waste recycling, reduction and harmlessness.
Mobile Building Waste Crushing Plant:
Mobile building waste crushing plant is composed of construction debris crushing plant and construction waste screening stations. Crushing station is composed of mobile frame, vibratile feeder (GZT), construction waste crusher(BRC ), belt conveyor, magnetic separator, electrical control center, etc. With mobile convenience, low operating costs and good environmental performance, it will be more popular in the future.
Mobile Brick Machine
This series equipment can produce high quality concrete products by using treated building waste, such as the wall brick(porous brick, solid brick, block), pavers, curbs, revetment block, flower puzzle Block.
Mobile brick machine include: QFT5-15, QFT8-15, QFT10-15, QFT18-20 and other models for customer choice.
