Product Description
Rotary wing type cartridge filter system consists of 8 groups filter, there are 2 sets φ 320× 600mm cartridge and 1 set rotary-wing type blow back device on each group of filter.
Composite blow back air flow is formed by time controlled impulse valve blows the back dusting-free device which brushes the wall of cartridge, then blow off the superfine powder.
The system adopts program controller to control the rotary-wing blow back device, so that cleaning work cycle can be controlled automatically. This will reduce the consumption of compressor air while assure the effective of cleaning.
The system is equipped with blow back air case to assure the air pressure of blow back.
The access door and clean door are connected by the hand wheel, so that it is simple to assembled and disassembled.
There is filtering cotton on air outlet to ensure clean of exhausted air, it can reduce environmental pollution.
