Product Description
Filing-pressing-ejection and move out from die automatically and continuously
Mechanical forced floating die compacting, haul-down ejection, non-simultaneous three stages pressing, i. E. Pre-pressing, compressing and top pressing realize double action pressing
Pressing stroke, ejection stroke and top pressing stroke are infinitely variable with visual scales
Fixed ejection position
Pneumatic protective ejection function, force and stroke are infinitely variable
Inching, adjust, single cycle, cont. Operation are available
Holding pressure can be set in pressing position and the pressure holding time can be set randomly
Frequency inverter controls strokes (some machinery are mechanical), as well as phase missing protection, over current and over moment protection etc.
Moving elements of machine are centralized lubricated by concsistent grease (some machinery by forced spray lubrication), also with abnormal lubricate alarm
Stopping/running functions are controlled by pneumatic clutch
Double air control valve for controlling the clutch for the safety running/stopping of press
All operation programs are controlled by encoder-PLC---touch screen for its displaying, controlling, setting and adjusting
Under pressure alarming functions for air circuit control system
Electrical pressure controller displays the peak value of compacting pressure, setting high/low pressure alarming signals
