Such system is a high speed flame powder spraying device, which employs oxygen-acetylene flame as heating source and compressed air for improving utilization ratio of flame heat energy and is provided with high precise powder feeder. It is composed of high energy spray gun ,high precise powder feeder and air supply device .High energy spray gun and nozzle are uniquely designed with heat energy can reach as high as 26250kcal/h, which shall not generate heat after long time operation and without tempering, be applicable to spray different kinds of ceramics, metallic and plastic powders .The high precise powder feeder adopts boiling bed theory ,which features high powder feeding precision (≤±5%),with powder feeding ratio to be stably adjusted at 0.5-15kg/h. It can satisfy the needs of long time spraying .The air supply device is composed of dedicated flow system and control cell of compressed air .This system features high spraying efficiency ,compact coating ,many varieties for spraying and convenient spraying operation, etc.

Model LSPFS-1Plastic powder flame spraying equipment is composed of spray gun, powder feeder, pipeline and air valve.

Model LSPFS-1 Plastic powder flame spray gun is based on a variety of exclusive plastic powders as spraying materials, adopts oxygen - acetylene flame, propane gas, liquefied petroleum gas as heat source gas. Oxygen - gas mixing and distribution of various types of boiling powder of the spray gun are based on the jet - absorption principle.
Advanced design and high-precise process make Model LSPFS-1 plastic powder flame spraying equipment work continuously, stably on various occasions .The spray gun adopts powder feeding device of high performance to ensure the spray gun for spraying of all-position. It can be operated more portably and efficiently than imported products.
