1. Europe type power substation feature higher assembly and compact structure and convenient to maintain and be moveable, compared with civil construction substation, the area covered by this type of power substation with same capacity is equivalent to 1/10-1/5 conventional substation, it can significant reduce workload and construction volume as well as construction cost. It can be used in ring network power distribution system or dual power supply or radiation terminal distribution system. This new type of product can be used in urban and rural power station construction and reforming. This product complies with GB/T17467 and SD320.
2. Application condition:
1) Altitude height: Less than 2000 meter.
2) Ambient temperature: -50 centigrade -+50 centigrade
3) Wind speed: Less than 35m/s
4) Air relative humidity: Less than 90% when the temperature 25 centigrade.
5) Installation location: No strong shock, vertical inclination: Less than 3 degree. No corrosive and flammable and explosive location.
3. Structure feature:
1) Enclosure type: Based on the material used, it can be divided non-metal substation and metal substation.
2) Ventilation type: Substation adopts natural ventilation and forced ventilation.
3) Metal enclosure type: Excellent quality steel sheet enclosure and stainless steel enclosure; Non-metal enclosure: Cement shell enclosure and clad plate enclosure.
4) Base adopts profiled bar structure with enough intensity and rigidity.
5) Top head adopts dual-layer insulation structure, which can reduce solar light radiation, and ventilation hole has been designed in eaves, convection can be shaped with other functional compartment, in order to ventilating and heat-dispersing.
6) The entire enclosure adopts welding and assembling structure, convenient to install and maintain.
Our substation has the features of strong set, small size, compact, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, and mobility. It only took 1/10-1/15 area of the conventional substation of the same capacity, and thus greatly reduce the workload of the design and construction, and reduces the construction cost.
