PP board
Polypropylene shows a high mechanical strength, tensile strength, but a low notched impact strength. PP resists stress cracking and it is easy to weld. At minus temperatures, it can get brittle. The chemical and electrical properties are very good. The temperature ranges between +5 to +100 centigrade.
Feature:
1) Excellent yield strength in tension and tensile strength
2) Sound chemical stability
3) Resistant to mineral acid, alkali, salt solvent at 100 centigrade below in addition to strong oxidation
4) Good thermal resistance (100 centigrade)
Defect:
General oxidation resistance and abrasion strength, becomes brittle and flammable at low temperature, and high-temperature welding is not allowed
