Aluminum compound pipe is a new type, which our company researched and developed. It synthesized characteristics of polypropylene pipe and, with the polyethylene aluminum compound pipe. At the high temperature and pressure for a long time, it has stability, so it is not easy to deformation and bend. It is apply to cold, hot water supply in construction, floor-heating and pipeline for air-condition system. This kind of pipe has three layers. The outer layer is PP-R material, the middle layer is aluminum alloy, and the inner layer is thermo stability polypropylene. Metal layer and plastic layer bound and diatexis with tiradaet. Adhesive cementation and six-zone-pass molding to be completed tier with plastic.
Characteristics of product
1. Excellent mechanical ability: Light-weight, only 1/7 as much as metal pipe. It can be curved arbitrarily, and has resistance to impingement and static electricity.
2. The excellent hygiene ability: This product belongs to the green environmental protection tubing. This product has no mouldy harmful component. The aluminum layer keeps apart the oxygen, so it is sanitary and microorganism will not be mildewed. It can be used for purified water, drinking water pipeline system
3. Excellent resistance to corrosion: Under homoiothermy, Polypropylene is not dissolved in any one kind of known menstruum, and it has resistance to corrosion and encrust.
4. Thermal insulation and energy saving: The heat conduit modulus is only one in two hundred of metal pipelines. This pipe used for hot water pipeline has excellent effect.
