Single Screw Extruder-PPR pipe extrusion line

Features of this line

This extrusion line is consist of the single screw extruder, the vacuum calibration, the hualingoff machine, cutting machine and stacker

1) The screw adapts the bimetalic material with very good quality, the most famous brand Jiangyin hardening teeth surface and low noise gearbox reducer and dispensor. And also the die head is specially designed. All these garantee the uniformed plasticization and high efficient extrusion.

2) The vacuum calibration tank is made of high-degree excellent stainless steel, and has a very good cooling and forming effect.

3) The scrapeless cutter adopts imported PLC control that results in a lower failure rate.

4) Its key parts like screw and engine is designed according the character of PP-R, its control panel use frequency conversion timing method, its main electronic parts use imported famous brand part.

5) The whole product line has many advanced characters, such as high output, stabilized quality and minor error in finished product, it is really the first class device in current plastic industry. At the same time, this product line can fit for PP-C, PE-X couplet pipe and poly alkene product. We can provide technical formula and key engineering to our customers.
