Product Description
The Harbin-Dalian High-Speed Railway is a high-speed rail line connecting Harbin and Dalian, in China. Construction work began on August 23, 2007. The project costs RMB92.3 billion.
Tracklaying on the line was finished in December 2010 and the line was scheduled to open in late 2011. Later the line was supposed to open on July 15, 2012, but this deadline was not met either.
The railway will be the northernmost high-speed line in China. The climate of northeast China poses a challenge to the design; Parts of the line may have to be rebuilt before the opening due to deformation caused by frost heaving. Eventually, it was decided that the road can be opened for revenue service on December 1, 2012, but during winters (December through March) it will operate in a "winter mode", with the maximum running speed of 200 km/h (rather than 300 km/h in the "summer mode", during the rest of the year). Accordingly, tickets will be cheaper during the months when the slower winter schedule is in effect.
Test runs along the entire railway started on 2012-10-08. Revenue service is scheduled to start on December 1, 2012.
This mould structure adopts single piece prefabrication, the side and end formworks wrap the bottom form. The side and end formworks adopt roller horizontal moving, it's easy to be assembled and disassembled. And all of the embedded parts are fixed with permanent magnetism, this technology is the first used in this product.
