The equipment was introduced from Germany. Annual production capacity for non-asbestos fiber cement board is 20million square meters.

Our technology can produce 100% non-asbestos flat fiber cement boards from 4 to 30 mm thickness, density from 1.1 to 1.7g/cm3 for uses like interior and exterior walls, ceiling, decks, container house, prefabricated house etc.
Based on different density/thickness and application, headerboard CCA board can be classified as light compressed board, middle denisty board, high density board, standard size is 1220*2440mmm, max size is 1220*4880mm, other sepcial size also can product.
Light compressed board: Average density is 1.4g/cm3, thickness from 4-14mm
Middle density board: Average density is 1.3g/cm3, thickness from 4-16mm
High density board: Average density is above 1.6g/cm3, thickness from 4-30mm
Other special size also can be made based on your demend.
